Glengo is a kids’ English learning app that helps children learn words and sentences through simple games. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

Glengo only collects the following information inside the app:

• Profile photo

This information is saved only on the user’s device in local storage. It is not uploaded to any external server or cloud service.

How We Use This Information

• The name and age are used to display the user’s profile and learning progress inside the app.
• The profile photo is used only to show the user’s image on the profile card.
• The information is not used for advertising, tracking, or any marketing purposes.

Permissions Used by the App

• Storage / Photos permission: Used only so that the user can choose a profile photo from the device gallery. The app reads and saves only the selected image and does not browse or modify other files.

Children’s Privacy

Glengo is designed for children, but it does not ask for any additional personal data such as phone number, email, or exact location.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of the app. If you believe your child has provided any information you are concerned about, you can contact us using the email below.

Data Sharing

• Glengo does not share, sell, or rent any personal information to third parties.
• The current version of the app does not use any advertising networks, analytics tools, or Firebase services.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Profile data (name, age, photo) remains stored on the device for as long as the app is installed.
• When the user uninstalls the app, all locally stored profile data is deleted automatically.

Glengo एक बच्चों के लिए English सीखने वाला ऐप है, जिसमें बच्चे छोटे‑छोटे खेलों के ज़रिए शब्द और वाक्य सीखते हैं। यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि ऐप कौन‑सी जानकारी इस्तेमाल करता है और उसे कैसे संभाला जाता है।

हम कौन‑सी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं

Glengo ऐप केवल ये जानकारी लेता है:

• नाम
• उम्र
• प्रोफ़ाइल फोटो

यह सारी जानकारी सिर्फ़ आपके मोबाइल में, लोकल स्टोरेज में सेव होती है। इसे किसी भी सर्वर या क्लाउड पर अपलोड नहीं किया जाता।

हम इस जानकारी का कैसे उपयोग करते हैं

• नाम और उम्र का उपयोग ऐप के अंदर आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल और प्रोग्रेस दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है।
• प्रोफ़ाइल फोटो केवल प्रोफ़ाइल कार्ड पर आपकी तस्वीर दिखाने के लिए उपयोग होती है।

ऐप द्वारा उपयोग की जाने वाली अनुमतियाँ (Permissions)

• स्टोरेज / फोटो अनुमति: सिर्फ़ इस लिए ली जाती है ताकि आप गैलरी से अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल फोटो चुन सकें। ऐप केवल आपकी चुनी हुई इमेज को पढ़ता और सेव करता है, बाक़ी फाइलों को न तो देखता है और न ही बदलता है।

बच्चों की गोपनीयता

Glengo बच्चों के लिए बनाया गया ऐप है, लेकिन ऐप कभी भी अतिरिक्त व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे फ़ोन नंबर, ई‑मेल या सटीक लोकेशन नहीं मांगता।

माता‑पिता और अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि वे बच्चों के ऐप उपयोग पर निगरानी रखें। अगर आपको लगता है कि आपके बच्चे ने ऐसा कोई डेटा दे दिया है जो आपको चिंता में डालता है, तो आप नीचे दिए गए ई‑मेल पर हमसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

डेटा शेयरिंग

• Glengo किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ उपयोगकर्ताओं की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी साझा, बेच या किराए पर नहीं देता।
• ऐप के वर्तमान संस्करण में कोई विज्ञापन नेटवर्क, एनालिटिक्स टूल या Firebase सेवाएँ इस्तेमाल नहीं की जा रही हैं।

डेटा को कितने समय तक रखा जाता है और कैसे हटता है

• प्रोफ़ाइल से जुड़ा डेटा (नाम, उम्र, फोटो) तब तक आपके डिवाइस में रहता है, जब तक ऐप इंस्टॉल रहता है।
• जैसे ही आप ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करते हैं, यह सारा लोकल डेटा अपने‑आप डिलीट हो जाता है।

इस गोपनीयता नीति में बदलाव

भविष्य में अगर ऐप में नए फ़ीचर जोड़े जाते हैं या इसके काम करने का तरीका बदलता है, तो हम इस गोपनीयता नीति को अपडेट करेंगे। कोई भी बदलाव इसी पेज पर अपडेटेड तारीख के साथ दिखाया जाएगा। उपयोगकर्ताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय‑समय पर इस पेज को दोबारा पढ़ें।
